I am Hardy J Pottinger, a past chairman of the St. Louis Section and more recently section historian. I am a retired professor of Electrical and Computer Engineering at the University of Missouri - Rolla, now Missouri University of Science and Technology, and a past branch counselor of the UMR Student Branch.
